You've only got one spine. Take great care of it with supportive chiropractic care.

Whether your discomfort stems from a herniated disc, degenerative changes or acute strain, our chiropractors tailor spinal adjustment techniques to restore alignment, reduce nerve irritation and deliver lasting relief.
Rapid acceleration–deceleration, poor posture and daily stress-loads often contribute to neck misalignments. Our adjustments and complementary therapies address stiffness, nerve tension and headaches.
Hours at a desk, hunching over devices and chronic poor posture can place abnormal loads on your spine. We use adjustments alongside corrective exercises to rebuild support, improve alignment and reduce strain.
From shoulder and hip compensation to knee and ankle dysfunction, our spinal care addresses the root alignment issues that often accompany musculoskeletal injuries — helping athletes recover and return to full function.
Yes. Our chiropractors are trained, licensed professionals who use tested, gentle techniques and tailor care to your age, health history and physical condition.
Treatment frequency depends on injury severity, age, lifestyle and goals. Many patients start with 2–3 visits per week and transition to weekly or monthly maintenance.
That’s absolutely fine. We’ll guide you step by step, explain what we’re doing, answer your questions and ensure your comfort at every stage.
Most patients feel relief, not pain. You might hear a popping sound (joint gas release) and feel a release of pressure. Some soreness may occur but generally subsides quickly.
Many plans cover chiropractic adjustments. Our team will verify benefits for you and provide documentation if needed.
When you visit our chiropractor, we will do a full examination to figure out what is causing your pain. Once we know, we can set you up with a personalized care plan. Our chiropractor’s office has equipment and personnel for a wide variety of treatments. This means that we can choose from all of these to create the plan that is right for you. With your treatment plan, our chiropractor will try to determine the best way to ease your current pain and prevent it from returning.
Sometimes, your pain might be due to spinal misalignment. If this is the case, our chiropractor can immediately reduce some of your current pain by performing a spinal adjustment. This will put the spine back into its proper place. Once that is done, you’ll be able to focus on what other factors are causing your chronic pain.
When your pain is due to issues with your muscles, massage can be a great way to temporarily alleviate it. Pain management treatment should include non-invasive approaches like massage. The massage therapist uses their hands to knead the tension out of the muscles, making them softer and encouraging better circulation. With better circulation, the muscles get more nutrients than they otherwise would. Meanwhile, the relaxed muscle is more flexible, which can prevent injury.
Our chiropractor can add include corrective exercises in your treatment plan. We will instruct you in exercises that will help strengthen the muscles and get them working better. This can help you prevent future pain. Some of these exercises will be done in our office while others will be done at home. But all of them are important for your treatment.

Chiropractic care is like building a house – certain things have to happen in a particular order in order for everything to stand strong and work correctly. When building a house, if you tried to put up your walls before you had a solid foundation, your walls would be weak and eventually collapse. If you tried to put on your roof before the walls were ready, you would run into the same problem. The same is true for your body. Your body has to go through a particular plan of care in order to repair itself correctly and fully. There are three general phases of chiropractic care
If you are in pain when you come into our office, the first objective is to help you feel better. Depending on the severity of your problem, it is typical to need care 2-3 times per week for 4-12 weeks.
During the corrective care phase, muscles and other tissues are allowed to heal more completely, thereby helping prevent injury. It is typical to need care 4-8 times per month for 6-24 months, depending on your overall health and the severity of your problem.
Once your body has fully healed, it is important to come in for periodic adjustments to avoid problems in the future. Usually, this only requires a quick visit to the chiropractor 1-4 times per month, based on your lifestyle and goals.
